We are a small, vibrant set of teams that all work collectively to support each other. With a ‘can-do’ attitude from everyone involved, we successfully put on events in far-flung locations, overcoming challenges that range from finding a printer in Puerto Rico, to sourcing local entertainment in Abu Dhabi and AV equipment in Bangkok. Without a collaborative approach from all the different departments – events, editorial, design, sales and marketing – our small team wouldn’t be able to achieve great things.
We have many long-serving team members that have been with us for more than 10 years, and are constantly striving to be an employer of choice. This covers the basics like providing a pension service and a cycle to work scheme, to extra perks like private healthcare, a dedicated mental health support helpline, and regular staff get togethers. Not the ‘team building’ kind with escape rooms (not that there’s anything wrong with those!), but ours tend to be more relaxed, with drinks and food at a harbourside bar as the sun sets over Bristol.
